Trần Thị Thùy Dung (born February 8, 1990 in Đà Nẵng, Việt Nam) was crowned as Miss Vietnam 2008 on August 31 in Hội An. Thuy Dung was the tallest contestant (1,78m) with body measurements 86 – 62- 91. However, Thuy Dung is not allowed to represent her country in Miss World 2008, in Johannesburg, South Africa, on December 13 due to her unlegalized highschool graduate certificate.
